MOST CURRENT UPDATE: 08/06/12
Hi friends!! Char here. Just got back to our B&B after taking my beloved to his follow up appointment with Dr. Gidaga. He was very pleased with Mitch. Only thing is Mitch has this pesky little cough, it's a wet, productive cough, but doctor wants a sample of what he's coughing up to send in, JUST to make sure there are no critters growing in there, otherwise his lungs sounded clear, so that's good. He also had some chest discomfort, like he did last month...doctor also listened to his heart, all seems okay. So we will give the lab a sample, and wait for the results. The doctor sent him home when we were discharged with some antibiotics, so we'll stay on those until they're gone. He wants to see us again in two weeks. So now we are relaxing. Had a great first weekend out of the hospital, looking forward and planning our trip back to Swaziland...being very cautious, want to make sure we're in good shape to go. Can't thank you all enough for your comments, thoughts, and well wishes. It's a bit scary being out, wondering 'what if', but God is good and He's got this!! Right? Take care and God Bless. Char
